Oakdene Care Home

The Care Home is located on Stamford Road, Lees on the outskirts of Oldham. It is situated close to good public transport links, the village of Lees is just a short walk away, it has been established since the early 1950’s by the previous owners. Prior to this it belonged to a Doctors’ family who still have strong links with Oakdene.

The home is set in mature grounds with a seating area to the side and another at the front of the ground floor extension.

Oakdene is looking into a major refurbishment plan to include a conservatory to the side and to add extra en-suite facility bedrooms. A lift is provided for access to bedrooms.

At Oakdene there are a number of activities and excursions taking place namely Exercise to Music, Art Class, Patter Dog and trips for pub lunches.

Oakdene provided 24 hour Nursing & Personal Care with 9 allocated to Dementia Care (none specialised) which is available from our specially trained staff, freshly prepared food cooked by our chefs and local GP service is available.
