Hazelmere House Care Home

Hazelmere House is located in central Grimsby and is in a tree lined avenue within walking distance of the town centre and all local shops and restaurants. We are also 15 minutes away from the seaside resort of Cleethorpes.

Hazelmere was built in the late 1800s and was formerly two houses converted into one approximately 15 years ago, and has now the addition of a modern 12 bed extension to the rear with a court yard and mature gardens .  

Hazelmere has a large lounge which is bright and cheerful and has a large plasma television and comfortable chairs . We also have 2 dining rooms in which our home prepared food is served .We are currently updating our internal decoration and this will be ongoing ,we have 29 bedrooms one of which is a double room and all have there own en suites .  

Our clients have the choice of an extensive menu of home cooked meals .Which are prepared in our 5 star rated kitchen and may be eaten in one of our 2 dining rooms of there choosing .  

We also have a mini bus with wheelchair access for our frequent days out to churches , clubs and restaurant, and have a variety of in house activities for our clients to participate in also .We encourage relatives to enjoy activities with there families and have quiz afternoons and take them along on any outings we have planned.
